POLAND: CREATING A
NEW JEWISH HERITAGE

Narrated by Joe Morton, this one-hour documentary explores the rebirth of Jewish life in Poland only a few years after the collapse of a half-century of communist rule that suppressed religion; prior to communism, the Holocaust wiped out over three million Polish Jews. Despite this tragic devastation, Jewish life began to blossom again, and JEMGLO cameras covered it.

The documentary premiered on NJN (NJ's PBS network) and was aired on many other PBS stations. 1997
